American Dream

Tonight I sat on our porch overlooking the noisy city of Los Angeles, sipping a glass of red wine (from Australia) and listening to the soundtrack for Ka (the latest resident show in Las Vegas for Cirque du Soleil). By all measures, it was an extrordinary way to spend the evening.

My one thought for tonight: There is no room for me in the American Dream.
